From 2014 to present, The Pinza Group was named the Top Sales Firm & Steven Pinza, Esq (President of The Pinza Group) was named the Top Sales Broker in The East Bay according to CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP), the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. This annual industry award recognizes distinguished professionals in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the achievements of the firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales within their respective markets each year.

With the largest independently researched database of commercial real estate property information available online, CoStar can easily identify the top firms and brokers in each market throughout the U.S. and Canada. All awards are based on transaction data maintained in CoStar’s commercial real estate database.

The Pinza Group and Steven Pinza won said awards based on the total sale transactions closed each year both as a company and individually. In order to be awarded this honor, The Pinza Group’s and Steven Pinza’s overall transaction volumes were evaluated by CoStar against other commercial real estate brokers active in the region, and subsequently ranked as the most productive sales firm and the most productive sales broker in the East Bay Market.

Also in every year since 2014, Steven Pinza of The Pinza Group received the Pinnacle Achievement Award from Bay East Association of Realtors. The Pinnacle Achievement Award is the highest level of achievement that can be awarded to a real estate agent, and less than 1% of all real estate agents achieve such an award. In order to be given this award, an agent must close at least 50 transactions in one year and close over $30,000,000 in sales volume per year. Steven Pinza had much higher production numbers, with over 50 transactions and over $100,000,0000 in sales volume each year.
